They are not the average “dwarf” as we recognize it to be. What they have is a different because their body is proportionate but does not get much bigger than that. It is as if they stopped growing at the age of 7. Dwarfs and midgets have bigger heads, smaller hands, and other non proportionate visible traits. What they have is different.
