How cute oh my goodness!!
Do you have the pattern for the bigger sized high top baby bootie??
You are welcome.
These are too cute! I can’t wait to get baby yarn beginning of the month so I can try it. Thanks for sharing!
I have not tried an E hook to know the measurement. Use a smaller hook will make the over all bootie smaller.
Would a size E hook be all right for preemie size booties? I would actually be making them for a doll that wears preemie clothes.
Thank you.
thank you very much! luckily i haven’t started working on it yet. =D But I’ll buy a larger hook and if it doesn’t fit I’ll wait for your modified instructions and donate the small booties to the local hospital. But thank you for replying and for taking time out to teach us how to make such beautiful items. I’m sure everyone appreciates your time, attention, and skill. =D
oh thank you thank you so much! ur the best!!!… i have a question… do u have a tutorial for a baby sunhat?
I am still working on 2 sets of modified instructions. My husband has his family reunion coming up in a week so my time has been limited recently. I am still working on them.
haha i didnt notice this reply til today… i went ahead and made one butg i dnt like the color combo…. im gonna make anothe one with a different size.. thanks again Teresa…
A size E will make them smaller. You will want larger than what I made so you will need a larger crochet hook. Someone above left me a message that their 6 month old has 5 inch feet. I am not sure how big a year old foot is. When making something for a child, size is important since there can be so many different ranges of the same age.
I commented but it doesn’t seem to be showing at the moment. Well, I was wondering if the E 3.5mm Hook is too small for this project. The baby is a year old but he lives far away so I’m not so sure what his size is.
Thank you for the lovely video, and you’re amazing. =)
I am currently working on modifying the pattern for larger feet with the same size hook. When I get the patterns finished, you will be able to use a larger hook with the larger pattern for a larger foot.
You are welcome.
You are welcome.
im dying to know! thanks
oh my goodness! this is amazing! do u think you could put up instructions on how to do children’s size 4??
very cute , thanks a lot
I LOVE THIS!!!!! THANK YOU…..
try a bulky weight yarn and matching hook…works for me, using the same pattern.
I am sure you will be able to do it. I tried to do something easier than the other bootie pattern I have posted.
The whole pattern will need modified for a larger foot. Right now I am working on modifying it for a larger baby foot.
Hi,
Can I get that pattern for a size 7 in Woman’s shoes? If not how do I make it for that size?
I’ve done a baby bootie before.. and it surely wasnt’ as easy as THIS one. I had said I would never make a bootie again, but I’m feeling confident again now.
You are welcome.
