I've tried out several, and my fav is the woven earth tones with chocolate because of its versatility with anything I'm wearing. :) I also prefer the cotton center panels to the silk center panels, because it feels like it gives a bit more support. But to be fair, I've never tried on the microfiber ones. So if you're larger, instead of crossing them in back the final time, you can just cross them in front, bring the longer piece around behind you and tie on the side. It does get hot if you're going to be out in really hot weather for a long time. I personally don't take baby out in weather like that for an extended period, though (I'm a hot weather wimp), so it wasn't a problem for me. Most of the time I was using it indoors or for short stints outdoors. If you were going to be hiking in Arizona in July or something, you'd be too hot. Yes, I used it during the summer.
