you are welcome – I will try

I’ve heard that, but don’t knwo anyone who was willing to try it. Supposedly, it makes you either vomit or begin passing your bowels rapidly, and the thought is that all that internal movement will initiate labor. Sounds a little crazy to me…your body will decide when it’s time for baby to come out…don’t mess with Mother Nature, unless there are complications

Thank you doctorcathy!!! I’m 30 weeks pregnant and i’m doing these exercises every day!!! It makes me feel great! ( i would apreciate it, if you could add some more exercises for the obliques). Thank’s a lot!

whoa! I love this! My body feels great, this is definitely now part of my every day MUST do list. Having a hard pregnancy getting me in the hospital lots but this I can do without over doing it.

Only your midwife can answer that question correctly for your situation. However, pregnancy is a normal phase of life and not some illness or disease that would require you to restrict your motion, unless you had pain or discomfort from bending. Most healthy women with a healthy pregnancy would be able to perform any of the exercises demonstrated in my videos. I was about 39 weeks pregnant in these videos, if that helps you understand what level of health some women have.
