Alright, I am a teen mom and I’d just like to point out that my life is not “f-d up” like some of you have claimed would have happened.
I’d also like to add that my parents didn’t lack in teaching me right from wrong.
Yes, I clearly understand that babies are not dolls. I am doing a great job at being a mother, thank you very much.
Now, I did not plan on getting pregnant, it just happened.

For those of you to make the assumption that every teen mom must have been a big slut and is going to mess up their life, I’d like to point out that I am doing a great job and am very, VERY happy with my life and the way it is turning out. My son is the greatest thing that has happened to me.
Thanks for the comments, I am not one of those people that are saying that, the whole idea is the way these girls went about it was very irresponsible, it wasn’t just the fact that they were having unplanned pregnancies it was the methods that they were going through to get preganant that I find ridiculous and that where were their parents when these young girls were doing these crazy things in order to all become pregnant at the same time?? Thats what I found to be the worse of this story.
teen pregnancy is on the rise everywhere…I had a baby at 18 in this town 20 years ago. What to say? Educate the girls in life, and feeling better about themselves so that they love themselves and don’t need to have a baby to feel loved and needed, or think that they do.

great job man!!!! i’m a teen girl from Italy and here the number of teen mom is still low but is increasing…I really can’t understand, I meen I love babies and I hope one day to have two or three but not at 18…my god!!! I still have an entire life to live!!!!!

@jimrohan123 exactly! Very well put. Need something much more then just a “Sex Ed” course… they need to meet with young mothers and talk to them, and see that is not all fun and games, it is alot of work to have a little one. My wife and I just had our first at 24- 23, and its always going to be an adjustment, but when teens are just now coming into their own with everything, a baby being brought into the equation is not a wise choice.
