The tens unit is great for period cramps, sore mucles, and general aches and pains. I never thought about using it for labor but I could see how it might help out with the pain. Congrats and may you have a quick and smooth delivery.
I have to look into the Tens, a lot of people had said great things about them helping them through contractions. Like u said not very popular here in Canada or US but def over in the UK. You should start using your Bio oil, it will last especially if you use other creams as well like cocoa or shea. You’re 9 months now
