A struggling actor could never afford that apartment! Mind you, the agent does imply that it was covered by rent control. But still. I’ve lived in NYC, and believe me, you generally need to be quite well-to-do to live in a place like that.

Well you are either rich from making money or inheritance. In your comment you gave the impression that you are too good to watch pirate movies let me quote you

It is just the way you called people who watch movies for free bums. That sounds like a bit of snobbery to me.
You could look on half or Ebay for OLD VHS copies. God, even try video stores, some sell old movies. It’s still illegal of YOU too, you’re supporting the very cause that makes everyone else ‘bums’, even if the movies on your favorites aren’t widely available.
What does money making have anything to do with my comment? I’m sure you make alot of money having to watch movies for free online. At least i watched this movie on HBO, a channel that i PAY for.
