If you think that all humans are so innocent that God would not punish anyone, then you can read in the Bible that God is not killing humans just by animals, but far more by diseases, accidents, wars, authorities, murderers, famines and catastrophes. Jesus said that the road which leads to hell is broad and that not many humans gain eternal life. However, God is so god that he lets all innocent children and ignorant youth come to heaven when they perish together with ungodly adults.
Yeah that would be right you look at the nice innocent animals and say that god created them, what about the deadly animals that kill humans? Did god create those, and if he did what was his purpose in creating them? Use common sense, there is no god.
