depends on what you mean. Anatomically or the reach of his crime enterprises. Capone amassed a larger fortune and was in control of a large organization that made millions of dollars from illegal booze and other rackets. Dillinger was a bank robber whose earnings never equaled Capone’s but is reported to have been well endowed. Maybe that’s what excited that most closeted G-Man, J. Edgar Hoover who vowed to “get his man.”
